We were picked up at 7 in the morning (peruvian time so 7:45 haha). We drove about 3 hours up and over mountains to our highest point at 4500 m. It rained the whole way there but as soon as we got of the bus the sun came out, lucky for us. We got off the bus and started biking down the hill. Or should I say coasting. I don´t think we peddeled once. Aine and I were the more speedy ones of the group. Along with our side kick who is an engeneer from Swizerland. Once we got to the bottom the road turned into gravel and we were forced to do some physical work haha. It started pooring halfway into the dirt road. The Bus picked us up and took us to Santa Maria where we watched the forigners play the peruvians in soccer.... Peruvians kicked ass.
O yeah I forgot In the first 5 miniuted I had to put 3 chains back on. One chain broke and the guid had to ride it down and none of the bikes had 2 working brakes hahah
