So I´ts been a while. I Have to skip a part of our journy because My other full memmory card is in the hostal. Full memmory card, that means I have already 1500 pictures. I found an internet place that is fairly quick. I only have pictures of the beach where we are currently staying. Also Hanchaco beach were we hung out for 12 hours waiting for our next bus and got extreamly burnt because we left all our stuff including sun lotion at the bus station . The last few pictures are Hanchaco We met an Artist .. well 2 actually one made jewlary and hair wraps the other painted. His paintings are amazing you can see a few in the picture of him. He just entered a painting contest/exabition to win 20000 soles. He won last year but it was much less money. We arived feb 14th.... V DAY .. so we celibrated and drank a bottle of wine together which made for an exelent day waiting for the bus. We left around 7 to catch the next bus to Mancora. Another extreamly uncomfortable experience. It doesn´t help that they stop in every town along the way to pick up more people. We made it to mancora at around 5 in the morning and found a Loki Hostal. Its a chain hostal and they are open all hours of the night. There was techno blairing on the beach when we arrived. Not to mention that we had to listen to loud salsa music for the entire bus ride. hahaha Handy that I have ear plugs. We took a day to recuperate a bit and lounge at our resort hostal. The day after we swiched to a place that our budget could handle. Its also very nice. Really the only difference is the nice one had toilet paper.

Since we arrived we´ve been tanning, lounging, I tryed surfing but got pummmled by every wave. It sucks when you just get out of one and you look up and think o shit and hold your breath again haha.

The power just went out in all of mancora for 2 hours. I though for sure everything I put on here was gone... thankfully not!

back to the story Basicly we have been taking it easy drinking some wine.. Gato Nigro, and beers. The evnings are always a good time. And we are meeting so many people. Unfortunatly we always have to say good bey.
Tonight I am off to watch the sunset at the light house then to the hot springs. Aine has been not so well latly but is getting better. Probably the raw fish pickled in lemon juice and spices. It´s quite good though.

The other half of the trip up north will come later stay tuned.
